In Veridium Manager, click Settings on top navigation.

Click Messaging->SMS on the left-side container.

SMS can be send ether using SMTP gateway or Twilio. See following chapters for details:
SMS templates can be configured and localized in a dedicated section in Veridium Manager / Settings / Messaging / SMS Templates.
