K8s/Openshift - Hardware Requirements

1. Overview

To ensure sufficient capacity and performance, the recommended minimum configuration for the cluster is to have:

3 worker nodes with a combined total of:
at least 24 CPUs and 48GB of RAM.
Each worker node needs to provide:
- a minimum of 100GB local storage (temporary data)
- an external volume capacity (EBS or similar) of 500GB that is necessary for data persistence.

Please note that the resources allocated to the master nodes should be separate from the ones mentioned above.
