Lost Mode

Preconditions: lost mode activated for an authenticator enrolled to users' identity.

1. Enter your email address or User principal name and click Next.

   

   
   

2. Select VeridiumID authentication option and click on it.

   

   
   

3. Click on the Authentication options.

   

   
   

4. Click on the Temporary Access code authentication method.

   

   
   

5. Enter your PIN and Temporary Access code, click Login.

   

   
   

6. User is successfully Logged-in.
