Create a Friend certificate

1. To create new Friend certificate, go to Settings(1)->Certificates->Service Credentials (2). Than select Custom Services tab. To generate new Friend certificate, click to +Create Custom Service Certificate (4) from action menu on right side.

   

2. The following pop-up window will appear. Select AD (Active Directory) as integration type and enter Device ID as free text to identify calls from this service. Finally, press Create Device button.

   

3. The following notification will be shown for a short time on bottom right corner.

   

The Certificate password. New certificate and key in PFX format can be found in Windows download folder.

Copy both (PFX file and password) to server where new certificate will be used.
