Mobile Release Notes 3.8.2

This release focuses on improving stability, refining existing functionalities, and enhancing administrative control over the application.

Server-Managed Update Notifications*: The visibility of the "A new app version is available" banner can now be managed by your administrator from the server configuration. This allows for centralized control over when users are prompted for updates.

Entra Passkey Sync: Fixed an issue where local device references for Entra Passkeys were not correctly removed when the corresponding authentication method was deleted from the Microsoft Entra dashboard.
FIDO Authenticators: Corrected the filtering logic for FIDO authenticating methods to ensure that Passkeys are correctly displayed as available authenticators.
Offline FIDO Support: Enabled support for offline transports during FIDO authentication:
- iOS & Android: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) transport is now supported.
- Android: Near Field Communication (NFC) transport is now supported.
VFace & 4F Sessions: Improved the handling of VFace and 4F session status to correctly manage timeouts, failures, and cancellations.

QR Authentication Data: Improved the ingestion of ILP (Intelligent Login Protection) data during QR authentication sessions when only a single authenticator is available.
Version Notifications: Improved the display consistency of minimum OS and App version notifications, especially when the user is enrolled with multiple profiles.
Liveness Reporting: Fixed a bug related to VFace ILP liveness reporting.
UI Visibility: Fixed an issue where the "Delete Profile" button in the "Edit Profile" section was not fully visible on devices using 3-way Android button navigation.
