Remove button option for authenticator and identity in SSP

Starting with version 3.6, a new configuration option has been introduced in Veridium Manager / Services / SSP - “Hide the remove option for authenticators and identity” to allow (or not) the users to delete their own devices and identity.
In production scenarios some users delete their authentication methods on purpose and this is creating unnecessary workload for administrators to spend time on new troubleshoot for users to enroll and to check in the logs what happened inside the service.

Functional aspects

If this toggle is enabled, then the “Remove Identity” button from /ssp/#/identity and also all “Remove device” / “Remove” for authenticators from /ssp/#/authenticators will be hidden.
