Deprovision enhancement - send email for delete all action

As the "Delete all synchronized identities" action may involve significant workload and could require some time to finish, it is advisable to send an email notification once this action has been completed.

Functional aspects

A new notification named: REVOKE_IDENTITIES_DEPROVISION has been added in Settings / Messaging / Notifications. As input for this template we need to specify the recipient email from the Notification tab.

This email is send if the Remove all identities deprovisioned identities action is applied and can not applied for checkbox selection action.

This email is send regardless there is any identity deleted or not.
