Lost Mode - authentication
Procedure:
User has to contact Help Desk or Administrator to switch his profile to Lost mode.
User gets the Lost mode code. (number)
Start a PC and press Enter.
Click on "Use other authentication method" button and click on "Lost your authentication device" button.
Enter your PIN and recovery code and Press Enter. If you are unsure about your PIN, use Self Service Portal to reset.
User is successfully Logged-in.
